- Development of an EHS RoadMap for CAPEX projects (€4M)
- Management of a “process equipment” project for formulation and bulk
- Management of projects related to the installation of boilers at the 3 GSK sites in Belgium. 7 temporary boilers and two new boiler rooms in Rixensart and Gemboux. (€7M)
- Steam production reinforcement program at all GSK sites on 4 axes: design, operation, maintenance, and data management
- “Lead coordination” for corporate boiler safety assessments and “Audit & Assurance program” (Wavre –Gembloux – Rixensart)
- Management and participation in the summer 2017 TUO shutdown. Organization of resources and temporary utilities in Rixensart
- Compliance Authority in technical and organizational processes of the D-Rix program (Remediation program for 23 identified GAPs). Examples: ATEX, BOILER DESIGN & OPERATION, INL, GAS, PIPING
- Compliance of operating permits for the Wavre and Rixensart sites. GAP analyses and remediation plans
- IT Manager in a women’s health center (5 years): Network management and development of various solutions to improve the well-being and communication of the medical staff (gynecology, midwifery, physiotherapy)
- IT Manager (10 years): Development of a custom application for a psychotherapy training center. Website, database, participant management, training, invoicing, follow-up, and registration agreement for “Forem” training
- Member of the Liège-Verviers-Namur Chamber of Commerce since 2012: Interventions as an expert in Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and participation in EHS meetings, sharing experiences, and collective coaching groups
- Development of a tool application for the prevention advisor. Management of an HR database linked to the Dynamic Risk Management System
